How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
1. Who we are
Good2Know OÜ ("Good2Know", "we", "us") is a company registered in Estonia (EU). We operate the website good2know.co and provide vehicle data infrastructure services to business customers.
As a company established in the European Union, we are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Good2Know OÜ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it or when it is technically necessary to operate our website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to operate the site and remember your preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Fonts are served from our own website. We do not load anything from Google Fonts.
4. Third-party processors
We use a small number of carefully selected processors to operate our services. Each has been evaluated for GDPR compliance.
- Cloudflare (US/EU): Website hosting, CDN, and security. Cloudflare Pages does not set persistent tracking cookies. Data Processing Agreement in place.
- MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland): Newsletter subscription management. Data stored in the EU (Germany and the Netherlands). Data Processing Agreement in place.
- Plausible Analytics (EU): Privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics hosted in the EU. Plausible does not store IP addresses, does not use cookies, and does not collect personal data. Aggregated traffic data only.
- n8n Cloud (n8n GmbH, Germany): Form submission routing. Demo request data is processed and forwarded to our internal systems. Hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Data Processing Agreement in place.
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): We advertise on Google Search. If you arrived from a Google ad and tick the optional box in the demo request form, we upload the ad click ID and the time of your request to Google Ads, so we can see which ads lead to inquiries. Nothing else from your form is shared with Google, and no Google tag or advertising cookie is placed on this website. If you do not tick the box, the click ID is discarded in your browser and never sent to us.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited): Our email. Demo requests sent through the website are delivered to our team by email, and messages you send to hello@good2know.co and similar addresses are received here.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising tags on this website. The only connection to an advertising platform is the optional Google Ads measurement described above.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Demo request data: up to 24 months from the date of inquiry, or until a commercial relationship is established
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
- Server logs: up to 30 days
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence within the EU.
7. International transfers
We process and store data within the European Union. Where any data is transferred outside the EU (for example, to Cloudflare's global network), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Children
Our services are directed at business customers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
